Grants are exactly like the word implies. Grants is a gift of money which does not need to be repaid. Grant writing does not need to be hard but it is a good idea to learn a proven process from experts. I find the toughest part of grant writing is the research to find the organizations that are willing to grant money. Learning to write the grant proposal, or letter requesting the money can be the easier part. Many make learning the process of learning to grant write difficult.
