You would think that, in an unfamiliar situation, people would be grateful for any useful guidance, so maybe it's the way the information is presented to them. |

The issue of when to have a proactive plan breaks down into two parts - first, what do I need a crisis management plan for? Secondly, why does it need to be proactive? |
